Designed to be made in any kitchen, no specialised equipment or experience required. Just add nuts to make Marinated Feta, Soft Mozzarella, Firm Mozzarella, Halloumi, Ricotta, Cream Cheese or Mascarpone.

Ingredients: 16 oz Salt (sodium chloride, anticaking agent (535)); 3.5 oz Citric Acid; 2.6 oz Organic tapioca starch; 2.3 oz Agar powder; 1.4 oz Savoury yeast flakes (yeast (96%), salt).
