We use Ascorbyl Palmitate, L-Leucine Vegan, Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Microcrystalline cellulose. (No Magnesium Stearate in sight).

We only use bioavailable ingredients and high- quality forms of nutrients, for easier metabolism and absorption. Activated Bs, including folinic acid have been selected, so maternal blood levels are retaining what they need, as quickly as possible.

Why do we choose Folinic acid?

Calcium folinate is an activated form of folate, meaning some bodies can recognise and absorb it faster than regular folic acid. It’s the closest form to what you’d naturally find in food, and it’s gentler on your system, too.

Folate: We use activated folate (aka calcium folinate) because it's a form your body can absorb and use straight away.

Activated B-Vitamins: We've formulated with high-dose bioactive B-vitamins, to support healthy fetal development and a healthy pregnancy.

4. Postpartum: You might think you stop once the baby arrives, but your body still needs support while recovering, breastfeeding, and running on no sleep.

Dosage: Take 2 caps daily after food, with water

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6)

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if the seal on cap/lid has been broken.

"I created moode because I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the world of fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. After three children, I realised just how little had changed about prenatal support, despite so much changing about motherhood."

My background is in social work and natural therapies, and I knew the importance of evidence-based nutrition and simple, supportive ingredients.
