Use Excalibur's food-safe grade sodium bisulphite as an antioxidant to preserve the beautiful natural colours of your fruits and vegetables, and prevent the browning that can occur when dehydrating.

Preserves the vitamins and nutrients that can be lost during food preservation. Mix with water for use.

Composition: 91.5-94.7% sodium bisulphite, 4.8-8% sodium sulphate, 0.1-0.5% moisture.
