Apply directly to the forehead to help temporarily reduce pain and inflammation.

Lavender inhalation may be an effective and safe treatment for acute migraine headaches.

Peppermint when applied topically has been shown to help treat pain & inflammation.

A cool compress along with Lavender & Peppermint are traditionally used in herbal medicine to help reduce pain & inflammation with mild headaches.

Infused with natural extracts of: Lavender & Peppermint.

Contains: 4 patches per box

Directions: Open pouch and remove patch. Peel off protective film and apply gel side to forehead. Lay down in a comfortable position in a dark or dimly lit room. Close your eyes and breath deeply and slowly for 10 breath cycles.

Rest with patch on forehead for 30 minutes. Discard after use. Re-apply a new patch no more than 3 times daily.

You should feel a cool soothing sensation when patch is applied.

Do not apply to injured or broken skin. Remove immediately if you feel any discomfort. Wash hands after applying patch.
