This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Founded by Melanie Nolan.

Melanie is an experienced naturopath, a mother of three daughters, leading The Natal Naturopath women's clinic and vitamin range.

She was featured in Australian Financial Review's fastest growing start-ups 2023, Smart Company fastest growing small-to-medium businesses, and a finalist for 2023 Melbourne Young Entrepreneur Awards.

In her clinic, Melanie was seeing too many women who were suffering from poor nutritional levels, and despite taking their vitamins diligently, their levels kept dropping. She was sick of everyone having to have a prescription to get great vitamins.

She imagined a range of supplements that actually do what you want them to, with high-quality ingredients, able to be purchased in an easily accessible way without needing a prescription.
