A warm bath with this natural, aromatic soak helps soothe body and mind while muscles and tired limbs relax, lifting the feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

Arnica: The sunny yellow arnica plant thrives in natural mountain meadows and calcium-poor peat soils.

Combing extracts of Arnica flowers and Birch leaves, with Rosemary and Lavender essential oils, Weleda Arnica Muscle Soak helps aid recovery during times or over-exertion and weariness.

How to use: Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2-3 capfuls into running water to disperse the bath milk. After bathing dry gently with a soft towel and relax in a warm room. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Instead, try Calendula Cream Bath. Nor for use during pregnancy. Instead, try Lavender Relaxing Bath Milk or Wild Rose Cream Bath.

Biodiversity since 1921

A laboratory, a medicinal plant garden and a hospital: this is where our founding story begins. The physician Ita Wegman, the philosopher Rudolf Steiner and the chemist Oskar Schmiedel founded Weleda. Since the very beginning, we have been developing sustainable products using active ingredients sourced from nature. Some of the products we sell today date back to our founding in 1921, many more were added since.
