The oats used in this tincture are grown organically and have been harvested at the time of optimum potency.

What is Avenaforce?

Avenaforce is a herbal remedy which can be useful when you are facing mild stress or experiencing mild anxiety. It can also be used to help you sleep.

It is made from the green leafy parts of the oat plant (rather than the seeds or oat grain). Our herbs are organically grown and only freshly harvested plant material is used to produce this tincture.

Use Stress Relief to help you cope with the pressures that can sometimes build up around you when you are busy, reducing symptoms of stress.

Dosage of Avenaforce:

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 484mcL dose (15 drops) in 50mL of water, 3-5 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.

Children 3 to 11 years: Give 194mcL (6 drops) in 50mL of water, 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Don't take more than the recommended dose.

Unlike most other stress relief remedies that are based on natural herbs, Stress Relief Daytime comes in the form of a herbal liquid tincture. It is not known to be habit forming.
