I was informed that it would be some time before this part was available because of limited supplies, but was disappointed when my money was taken out of my credit card and no shipment of parts had arrived. Lucky I made a purchase of two screens if one of them dies in future, and I don’t have to be without my juicer for this long again.
I am sorry you experienced such problems with your order. It is a frequent problem for us that our supplier is out of stock of parts and, at the time of your order, we were waiting on a number of the parts to arrive.
Your order was marked to be processed when the parts were in stock again, which includes putting through the payment, and it was only after this we discovered the supplier brought in so few screens that they went out of stock immediately and weren't even able to fill orders, meaning our box was short most of the screens we had ordered. Unfortunately, this caused a bit of confusion with our own orders and yours, having been set as ready to ship, was overlooked in the process while we waited for more parts. This was discussed with you when you got in touch with us.
I can only stress that these situations are completely out of our control and cause us the same distress as it does our clients. We do our best to make it as smooth as possible, but sometimes things happen to disrupt that. I hope we can avoid such issues in the future.
