Sprouts from organically produced seeds
Mung bean sprouts compliment to light meals at any time of the year. The mild slightly nutty taste gives a distinctive flavour to vegetable dishes, salads and many other dishes.
Mung bean sprouts are an excellent source of essential nutrients and contribute to a healthy, balanced nutrition. They contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B12 and C, plenty of vitamin E as well as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
How to use Mung bean seeds for sprouting:
Before sowing, rinse thoroughly in fresh water. For best results, sow seeds thinly. Germination time may vary with temperature.
Amount per tray / jar: 1.5 tablespoons of seeds
Temperature: 18 – 22°C
Water: Twice daily
Ready to eat: After approximately 4 to 5 days
Ingredients: Organically grown Mung bean seeds (Phaseolus mungo).
Free from Added Sugar, Gluten, Wheat, Artificial Flavours, Preservatives or Colouring, Peanut, Nut, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Hydrolised Vegetable Protein (HVP), animal by-products.
