Carboy Fermenter - 30L - Ampi Style with Tap & Airlock

Everything you need to get your fermenter going.

HDPE plastic "Ampi" style fermenter. Comes with airlock, tap and grommet.
(HDPE plastics are completely free from BPA and are therefore safe for applications that directly impact humans.)

This screw lid fermenter is perfect for brewing, wort, beer, wine, cider, ginger beer, mead, lemonade, sarsaparilla, kombucha or a wash.

This is 30L Total Volume meaning 30L when you fill it all the way to the top marking.

The main advantage of plastic carbouys compared to glass ones is the considerably lower weight. An empty glass carbouy can weigh around 9kg whereas an empty plastic carbouy of the same capacity might weigh just over 2kg.
