The Delphi employs the new "mesh electrode" which effectively increases surface area and ionising power without the large voltages required to run larger plates. Coral Calcium in the Filter:

In mineral deficient water, such as a water tank, this assists in the ionisation, and helps to maintain our calcium balance internally. Also a more benign form of fluoride is created when calcium unites with sodium fluoride and converts it to calcium fluoride.
