Shipping & Returns
To see shipping charges for an order, there is a Shipping Estimator at the foot of the Shopping Cart, so if in doubt, add the product to your cart and check the shipping cost therein.
Orders are shipped at the earliest possible date after your order has been confirmed. We ask that you allow approximately a week for delivery, although that is naturally dependant upon the destination. Parcels to Western Australia always take a week in transit, so there will be a longer wait if you are in that state. While we do our best to ship orders as soon as absolutely possible, once we hand a package off to Australia Post we have NO control over how fast it gets to you or in what shape it will arrive. Please keep in mind that the Post Office does not guarantee they will deliver packages in any specified time frame, unless Express Post is requested. Express Post charges are not practical on large items.
We strongly recommend that Australians have their parcels Registered and Internationals take out Insurance. Both incur only a small extra charge, which is well worth the peace of mind that it brings. In so doing, you receive a great deal more protection for the safe delivery of your goods, as we are personally unable to take responsibility for the items once we hand them over to Australia Post for delivery.
The majority of our larger items have registration/insurance included in the shipping as our bonus to you.
Special Postal Deal For Combined Items:
Any number of items purchased will be combined to give you the very best postal rate available. It is always far more economical to purchase several items together if you want to maximise your savings on postage
Cost for shipping is calculated using a formula based on weight, size, and amount of packaging materials needed per order. Costs are set as low as possible. We do not make any money on shipping; in fact in many cases shipping charges are below what we pay after calculating all above noted expenses. Occasionally, we may need to adjust shipping costs on your order, but you will be informed if this is necessary - it is rare.
We do our best to package every order in a manner that will protect the objects inside; however we can not guarantee delicate handling from the shipping services available to us. For this reason we advise that you have the parcel either registered or insured, as we claim no responsibility for lost or damaged articles. This is solely your responsibility if you choose not to take insurance, so please do not come back to us and claim that you either didn't receive your parcel or that it was broken - this is what Insurance is for!
We are very happy to ship to International destinations, although we cannot be responsible for any problems with customs, or with lost, damaged or stolen packages. Insurance is highly recommended. As above, we claim no responsibility for lost or damaged articles and this is solely your responsibility if you choose not to take insurance.
Shipping / Timeframe:
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. In rare cases, an item may not be in stock at the time of purchase and may take a few additional days to obtain. If an item is needed for a special event, ordering ahead will give you the best chance of receiving your parcel on time.
Express Satchels can be used if requested. Note that even though they say they are guaranteed next day delivery, this is not the case on many occasions ... see the fine print on the back of the satchel. It is really only capital city to capital city, and Nature's Wonderland is not located in a capital city. This method is the fastest available though, so if you need your item in a major hurry, this may be the best choice for you. In addition, it does offer a number for tracing a wayward parcel. If items won't fit in a satchel, standard Express rates are a lot more expensive, though using this method often enables the item/s to be packed more securely than in a satchel.
Express Post Delivery Standards / Guarantee:
Express Post will deliver your parcel the next business day within the Express Post domestic network. Prompt delivery on a non-guaranteed basis is given to Express Post articles posted to or from places outside the guaranteed network. Compensation up to $50 for loss and damage during carriage may be paid at Australia Post discretion.
The Express Post Australia-wide network links metropolitan areas of capital cities (except Darwin) and selected other centres.
Express Post Platinum will deliver your parcel by the next business day to addresses within the Express Post Platinum network. Compensation of up to $100 is included; Extra Cover is available up to $5,000 for an additional fee.
Express Post Platinum is signed for on delivery and items are tracked within the network.
The Express Post Platinum Australia-wide network links metropolitan areas of capital cities (except Darwin) and selected other centres.

We do our best to ensure that the stock situation is reflected within the store, and out of stock items are rare, but if there is a problem with the supply of an item that you have ordered, we will advise you of this by email as soon as it becomes apparent to us.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to Nature's Wonderland for a full refund, exchange or repair. Your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Nature's Wonderland adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us. At Nature's Wonderland we will always take a fair and reasonable approach.
You are eligible to receive a refund, exchange or repair provided that:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
- You receive the wrong product
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose
- The product does not match the photos or description
- The item is in resaleable condition including that it is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories, all labels are still attached, and it is not dirty or in otherwise poor condition (unless it arrived as such).
- Simply change your mind or decide you no longer want or like the goods
- Are not happy with the peformance of the item, when it performs exactly as described
- Found a fault or imperfection when it is clearly listed on the item's page
- Damage the goods after receiving them (provided it is not due to a fault in the item)

Nature's Wonderland may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Nature's Wonderland reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
