Payment Conditions

Payment methods we accept -
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) - Bank Deposit
To use this option, simply select the payment method 'Direct Bank Deposit' from
the check box when you reach the checkout/payment page.
When you place your order, our bank account details will be displayed so you can
make a direct deposit into it.
Please make sure you quote your Order Number as the payment reference.
Your order will be processed once your payment arrives in our bank account (usually
one business day).
Our Bank Deposits are accepted through
our ANZ bank account.

Credit Cards

We accept Mastercard & Visa, as well as American Express credit card payments.
There is no surcharge for any of our Credit Card payments.
Our Credit Card payments are accepted
through our Commonwealth Bank Merchant Account.

Cheque / Money Order
To use this option, simply select the payment method 'cheque / money order'
from the check box when you reach the checkout/payment page.
Please send your payment, including your order number, to our postal address,
which will be itemised for you at the conclusion of the checkout process, as well
as in your confirmation email.
Please note that your order may take longer to arrive when paying using a cheque,
as we wait for funds to clear before shipping orders (this can be as long as a week,
depending on the participating banks).

Telephone us on 1800 044 722 and we are happy to arrange your payment over the
'phone.

PayPal
PayPal is a popular online payments company owned by eBay Inc. We do offer this
service, although it is our least preferred method of payment and ask that you use
alternatives if at all possible. This is due to PayPal charging us much higher processing
costs on the transactions.

How to pay
Once you have made your selection you will be guided through the payment process
in our checkout. The method of payment on our web site is from the choices shown
above. You may prefer to 'phone or fax your Credit Card details, so this option
is available in the checkout. Our number is 1800 044 722.
Payment currency
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. You may prefer to
alter the store layout whilst you are browsing to show all items in your own
currency (there is a currency button in the right hand column about midway down)
but all transactions are processed by our Australian bank and so we need to charge
via AUD.
Receipt
We issue an emailed confirmation receipt for each order, with a link to your
Account in our store (either of which you are able to print if desired).

As long as your selected purchases exceed AU$50.00, you are eligible to apply for lay-by. Any selection of items, from any department of Nature's Wonderland, can be combined into the one invoice.
