How do I Join?
OPTION 1:
After applying for *TOUCH of CLASS* membership by following the link at the foot of this page, you earn 1 point for every dollar of each item purchased (excluding shipping and handling charges). Points are added to your total after each purchase.

Our customer data base keeps a record of each purchase. Once you have earned 100 points (i.e. your purchases total over AU$100.00) you automatically qualify for our *TOUCH of CLASS* Exclusive Frequent Shopper Club. An email will be sent to you to advise you of your eligibility. Easy! You are then on your way to many savings and free offers available only to our loyal clients ... including 10% off every purchase you make at the Nature's Wonderland store.

Please allow 24 hours before we activate your membership and email you your details.

OPTION 2:
If, however, you wish to take advantage of our discounts and free offers immediately, without waiting to build up your 100 points via your purchases, then you can purchase an annual membership instantly for a fee of AU$10.00. 

Click on the PayPal *Buy Now* button at the foot of this page, which will take you to the secure PayPal site to make your payment. Your membership details will then be emailed to you. You are then eligible to use your discounts, savings and free offers available only to our loyal clients ... including 10% off every purchase you make at the Nature's Wonderland store.

Please allow 24 hours before we activate your membership and email you your details.

What do you get?
A store credit as a thank you for your purchases and to invite you to return to shop again with Nature's Wonderland.  This is given as a 10% discount on your repeat purchases for a full year.

Your store credits will only be applied to qualifying purchases made AFTER the date and time you accept the *TOUCH of CLASS* Exclusive Frequent Shopper Club terms.

By accepting these terms, you opt-in to receive periodic update emails which will remind you of your eligibility to obtain discounts and which will occasionally update you on new lines of merchandise and special offers available only to *TOUCH of CLASS* Exclusive Frequent Shopper Club members.

Your *TOUCH of CLASS* Exclusive Frequent Shopper Club membership expires after one year, at which time you can choose to continue your membership by paying a AU$10.00 fee for another year's membership.  From that time, you are then eligible for a further year of 10% discount, savings and free offers on your Nature's Wonderland purchases, available only to our loyal clients.

Your store credit does not apply to shipping and handling fees, already discounted items, a few speciality items, nor Gift Certificates and in addition store credit is non-transferable.

You will receive your store credit as a 10% discount, deducted automatically from your Invoice as you go through the Checkout Process, after you complete your transactions as you normally would. There is no need for you to remember to insert any code .... once your Membership is activated, our shopping cart automatically sees your eligibility.

How To Receive your Discount
Once your *TOUCH of CLASS* Exclusive Frequent Shopper Club is activated, make your purchases in the normal fashion in any of the Departments of the Nature's Wonderland Store and your 10% Discount will be automatically deducted for you during the checkout process.

Because of the recent huge rise in fees that we receive from eBay, we are no longer able to offer discount in our shop there, so instead we ask that if you haven't already done so, please register at our Nature's Wonderland Shop.

Unfortunately our Juicers, Dehydrators, Sprouters and Soy Milk Makers are not eligible for any discount because we have already drastically cut those prices, and there are a few other items throughout the store that are also ineligible for any further discount, but the majority of our stock is always included in the reduction.

Payment Options
In payment of your Store Purchases we can accept Direct Bank Deposit, Credit Card. PayPal is accepted from Internationals, though it is not preferred. We do discourage Australians from using PayPal on their purchases (other than for the membership fee) because of the extravagant fees ... please use Direct Deposit instead, which incurs no fees, or otherwise your Credit Card. Bank cheques and postal money orders are acceptable within Australia only, but these will delay shipping. Please don't send cash in the mail, as we will not be deemed responsible! By prior arrangement, we can also accept personal cheques (Australia only), but shipping is delayed until the cheque is cleared.

Lay-by/Lay Away
Lay-by/Lay Away is at the sole discretion of the management of Nature's Wonderland and is only available for purchases over $50.  Your Lay-by/Lay Away purchases are also eligible for the 10% discount.  Please view our Lay-by/Lay Away page for Terms and Conditions.

Important: an item that you ask to be placed on lay-by is purchased by us and held in storage, pending the final payment. If you cancel the lay-by, we are left with an item that we have paid for! Because of this, if you cancel the lay-by, your deposit and any payments towards the lay-by will be forfeited. If you stop making payments during the lay-by, it will be assumed that you have cancelled the lay-by.

Shipping
We take a lot of care with our shipping, ensuring that the cost and safety of helping your purchases find their new home is minimised. We do not skimp on packaging, because we know how fragile some items can be! The correct shipping option to use is noted on the item description pages, but occasionally once you place your order, we will ascertain the best method of shipping the goods to you and will advise you of the available options and the costs involved - this is most likely when you combine multiple purchases on the one invoice.
