*Spirit*
is the intelligent benevolent life force energy flowing through all things and all beings. Human beings have the ability and the right to communicate with all the spirits of our world.
We create Sacred Space by calling in these spirit powers to come and
work with our healing. These spiritual powers protect us as we work, allowing only healing, compassion and harmonious energies to enter.
SerpentineMoon's Spirit Helpers are her Guides. She works with a team of strong, loving spirits who appear to
her as animal, bird or human. Each spirit works in a particular way and specializes in certain kinds of healing
work.
This work is not bounded by the constraints of either time or space. For that reason, long distance healing can be effective. The compassionate spirits are willing to work on your behalf no matter where you are at the time. For them, place is irrelevant.
We, as humans, may have difficulty acknowledging the power of long distance work.
Healing happens within you as a conscious, coordinated effort between your soul/spirit and the greater powers that be.
Healing comes as divine grace, out of the blue, a miracle of love.
Healing cannot be bought. It is a process that can be entered into with awareness and intention; it is a gift
given by Spirit because you have asked to be transformed, to grow, to be guided, to receive, to move on, to walk your vision.

Sometimes though, even from a
drawing and a reading, the definite answers don't always come to fruition as we would like. Life being as it is, there are always paths for us to take. Someone can do a reading for you and give you the answers they receive at that time, but as you move forward, things can alter quite a lot as you make choices on your path of life. This upsets people sometimes as they feel that the reading they were given wasn't factual, but most people neglect to consider that life is an ever changing process and we actually all personally mould our futures, even though this may well be done unconsciously.
For instance, when she does a reading for you, she may be able to give you the answers you are looking for at the moment ...... but it may very well change for you, even within a short time, because you may alter your course simply by being more open to
yourself.
The best possible *advice* that
we can give you is to do all that you are able to learn to tune into your own inner guidance. That is where you will find the deepest answers and it is from there that you will know what is best for you and what directions you should be taking. Often we are given choices, which can again be given in the subconscious and we are not really aware that we even have these choices, and as we then move on to one or other of these choices, we are shaping the way our lives are moving. It is often only through retrospect that we understand why things happen to us. There are many people who never understand and this is mainly because they don't put in the energy or effort to try and understand their inner selves.
The drawing SerpentineMoon will do for you will hopefully allow you to tap into the energy that is running through you. By seeing a symbolic image of what is important to your life, you will hopefully be able to more easily understand the quiet things that flow beneath the surface of your consciousness. It is, after all, only you personally who is able to dictate to yourself exactly what happens in your life, as with everyone ...... even though it may well not at all seem as though we have any control over many matters. Things happen to us and we often puzzle as to why things are so difficult or confusing .... it is only with much deep reflection and learning to go totally within yourself that you will then be able to put aside the daily happenings and hopefully see where you are going.

"For some years I have been guiding and
counselling people and assisting them to find their paths as they travel the spiritual road of life. My background as a teacher has supported me in this type of work and it is a great pleasure and satisfaction to know that one can be of assistance to others. The work I have done to date has been amongst friends and their acquaintances and simply passed on by word-of-mouth. It was suggested to me about 10 years ago that I do more in this field, but life seemed to have different plans for me and so I didn't pursue this avenue, but simply continued to offer assistance as people approached me for advice and guidance.
The Spiritual Drawings that I have been doing for people is another angle to the guidance that I have offered, and this has been a very rewarding aspect, as it offers my creative spirit an outlet.

WHAT IS
SHAMANISM ?
Shamanism is very likely our most ancient way of communicating with Spirit. As we live our lives on Earth, we live in relationship with all the other inhabitants of our planet: the rocks, the animals, the trees and plants, the birds, the winds and the waters, the insects and the mountains. All these are Beings who, like us, are alive, conscious, intelligent, and have spiritual natures beyond the physical. We all depend on each other for survival and well-being.
Shamanism is very simple: all life forms are regarded as peers, in full possession of Spirit, Knowledge and Power. All forms of life are Sacred. It makes sense to stay aware; to keep the lines of communication open with the life forms around us; to nurture relationship between the human and non-human communities.
It is good to take care of one another, to offer thanksgiving; to cooperate. We take care of the mountain and the mountain takes care of us. And all the Beings on the mountain, be they birds, deer, bats, fish, trees or clouds will join us in this spirit of cooperation. We become one community. We become Sacred. We speak to one another with honour and respect; we take
responsibility.
So the practice of shamanism is a practical concern, a daily dialogue of beings; a working out of harmonious ways of living through communication with all our relatives in the environment. And yet, there is Great Mystery involved. The channels of communication are Mystery and Magic itself. Stare into the campfire long enough and Fire will tell you stories. Stand under the stars and feel yourself shapeshift into a very small creature
indeed.
