Lay-By/Lay Away Information
Lay-by/Lay Away terms are available to suit your needs. The standard terms are a twenty percent (20%) deposit required on initial order, and completion within
two (2) months.
We invite you to email
us to discuss your order and terms. We are more than happy to tailor the lay-by/lay away payments to suit your requirements.
Orders that are to be sent Internationally are quoted in AU$. Payments should be made through
PayPal, which now conveniently deals in AU$, so no conversions are
necessary.
Refunds are not available on any lay-by/lay away, however a credit towards another
Nature's Wonderland item may be arranged under exceptional circumstances.
Postage and insurance charges are payable. You will be advised of these by email on receipt of your order.

ordering or purchasing any merchandise, it is your responsibility to make
yourself conversant with our terms and conditions as set out on this
page. Merchandise will always remain the property of Nature's Wonderland
until all monies due on that merchandise are paid in full.
Our pricing and the availability of items is always subject to change
without notice.

shown on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). International buyers

| We always aim
to charge less than the recommended retail price (RRP) where possible. If someone can show us a price for an item in
similar condition elsewhere that is lower than ours, we will do our best
to match that price! |

| How
To Order |
| Look through
the Departments of the Nature's Wonderland eBay Store and click on the "Buy It Now" logo to add
the item to your shopping basket. PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH THE
CHECKOUT !! When the Invoice is compiled,
the purchase price of your
item/s will then be
calculated in equal weekly amounts for the term of the Lay-By period.
These extended payment details will not show through eBay, but will be a private
arrangement between the purchaser and Nature's Wonderland - your eBay
invoice will only show the total figure due. |

| Pre-Orders |
| In order to
accept a pre-order of stock that may not currently be available
in-store, we require a 20%-50% deposit, depending upon the item, for each item that you
wish to
purchase. This deposit is allowed to form part of the deposit for a
lay-by, but must be received in full as outlined below. Please choose
carefully, as deposits are not transferable from one item to another,
nor are they refundable.
Deposits must be received in full prior to the placing of your
order, to confirm your intent to purchase, or the order will not
proceed.
If you cancel your order after it has been placed, the deposit will be forfeited. Once we
receive the item you have ordered, you will be notified
by email of its arrival. We will then hold your order for 7 days. Unless arrangements to conclude the
purchase (to either Lay-By or pay for the item in full) are made within 7 days
from the date notification is sent,
the order will be cancelled and all deposits and payments will be
forfeited.
The prices shown for pre-order items are a guide only and may
change at any time. If our suppliers change the price of an item that
you have ordered before we have received it, we will advise you of the
change by email. If the price increases, you will be given the option to
cancel the order and have your deposit fully refunded or have your
invoice adjusted and continue with the order. If the price decreases, we
will credit your invoice accordingly.
If our suppliers cancel or defer delivery of an item that you have
pre-ordered, you will be advised by email or telephone. If the item is
cancelled, we will automatically refund your deposit and any other
payments made towards this item in full, or give you the option to
transfer the amount to another purchase. If the item is deferred, you
can choose to either receive the refund (or apply the payment to another
item) or continue with the purchase.

| Payment
Options |
| We can accept
Direct Bank Deposit for Australians, or PayPal for Internationals. Bank cheques and postal
money orders are acceptable from Australia, with no delays in shipping, due to the
extended period of time to pay. Please don't
send cash in the mail, as we will not be deemed responsible! By prior arrangement, we can also accept personal
cheques (again, only from Australia), but shipping is delayed until the cheque is cleared. |

| Lay-by
Terms And Conditions |
| Lay-by is at
the sole discretion of the management of Nature's Wonderland and is only
available for purchases over $50.
Lay-by purchases must be completed within 2 months of the date the
orders are placed. Lay-by purchases are not cumulative unless arranged
prior to the completion of the sale: otherwise, each new
purchase constitutes a new lay-by.
The 20% deposit must be received by us within 7 days of placing the
order and at least one payment must be made per week, or fortnight, as
agreed, on
each of your lay-by purchases. You may, if you wish, pay more
frequently. Email communication from the purchaser must be
forthcoming each time a payment is made - using a tracking code given at
the time of the sale - otherwise payments may go unnoticed.
Payments towards your lay-by may be made in several ways. You can
send us a Direct Bank Deposit, or alternatively, you
may send us the other methods of payment discussed above. Posted payments must be received regularly
each week. Internationals, please use PayPal.
You can finish your lay-by early, if you wish, by paying the full
balance that is owing. There is no additional fee for paying early.
Important: an item that you ask to be placed on lay-by is purchased
by us and held in storage pending the final payment. If you cancel the
lay-by, we are left with an item that we have paid for! Because of this,
if you cancel the lay-by, your deposit and any payments towards the
lay-by will be forfeited. If you stop making payments during the lay-by,
it will be assumed that you have cancelled the lay-by.

| Shipping |
| We take a lot
of care with our shipping, ensuring that the cost and safety of helping your purchases
find their new home is minimised. We do not skimp on packaging, because
we know how fragile some items can be! Most of the time, the shipping
costs are noted on the item description pages, but occasionally once you place your order, we
will ascertain the best method of shipping the goods to you and will
advise you of the available options and the costs involved - this is
most likely when you combine multiple purchases on the one invoice.
Shipping to destinations within Australia usually takes at most 3 to
5 days. We are located in South East Queensland, Australia and we use Australia
Post, so it may be beneficial to ask that the package be sent
"Registered Mail". This will slightly increase the cost of
shipping, (AU$2.50 for the first $100, then $1.10 for each $100
thereafter), but will allow the item to be found if it wanders.
Shipping internationally takes longer and very much depends upon the
method chosen - Air, Economy or Sea. Insurance, at an additional
cost of $7.50 for the first AU$100.00, then AU$2.00 each $100
thereafter, is strongly advised.

Customers |
| International
customers (those outside of Australia) are responsible for any taxes and
duty within their own country. No additional taxes and duties are
charged from Nature's Wonderland.
Invoicing is initially in AUD funds. A second Invoice will then be
sent to you from PayPal, for payment. PayPal now deal in AUD and
so conversions are no longer necessary. Please
note that PayPal's rates are extremely high.
Unfortunately, this method is the only effective form of International
payment, so we must accept their greedy terms. The required customs forms that we fill
out for shipping the item(s) will show Australian Dollars. We ship
worldwide. All shipping rates
for overseas customers will include insurance at the purchasers'
request.

| Privacy |
| Your privacy
is important to us! We will only use the information that you provide to
us for processing your order and helping your purchases arrive safely at
their new home. We will NEVER supply your personal information to any
agency or person, unless we are required to do so by court order. |
| Returns |
You must
email for return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 days of
receiving your merchandise. Unauthorized returns, or failure to comply with our return instructions will not be accepted. Returns are
accepted only on damaged items, but we do reserve the right to refuse them. A
restocking fee of 5% of the invoiced amount will also apply.
Postage/Shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the
item until the item is back in our hands, so please insure it. It is the
responsibility of the purchaser to read all company policies listed on
this page prior to ordering and/or returning merchandise.

| Availability |
| Because
of the special offering of Lay By Terms, in addition to the
duplication of items at both Auction as well as In-Store (*Buy
It Now*), we
may not have all of the items displayed in our departments in stock
at all times. We will do our best to ensure that the stock
situation is reflected within the departments, and out of stock
items are rare, but if there is a
problem with the supply of an item that you have ordered, we
will advise you of this by email as soon as it becomes
apparent to us. |
